computer screen for hours on end, you can strain them, computer vision syndrome is headaches, sore eyes. but it doesn't have to be this way. take breaks. i urge you, if you sit at the computer every day, every 20 minutes, get up and get out of that chair. sitting in that chair is deadly, too. walk around the office. look at something further away. take those little breaks, you won'ting squinting at the screen all day. your eyes won'ting as strained -- won't be as strained and getting out of the chair will improve your productivity. we are not robots. we're not meant to sit at that computer for hours on end. and if you are squinting, you may need glasses. talk to your doc about that, and we hope we answered questions you hif you have a question -- you have.
